Project scope and timing
Before work begins, Vanta Media and the client will confirm the services, price, deliverables, and estimated schedule in writing. Any changes to the agreed scope or schedule should also be confirmed in writing.
Client materials and cooperation
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any access or materials needed for the project. The client must have permission to provide and authorize use of materials supplied to Vanta Media.
Marketing outcomes
Marketing results depend on factors outside Vanta Media’s control, including audience response, platform policies, competition, and advertising budgets. We do not guarantee a particular number of views, followers, leads, sales, or other results.
Payments and cancellations
Payment terms are confirmed before work begins. Cancellation and refund requests are handled under our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
