How delivery works
Project deliverables are provided electronically, usually by email or another digital channel agreed with the client. The specific deliverables and delivery schedule are confirmed for each project before work begins.
When the timeline starts
Work begins after the project is confirmed and we have received the information, access, and materials needed from the client. Delays in receiving those items may affect the estimated completion date.
Updates and delivery issues
